Want to Thank Nick and the Med Tech who has worked there for 47 years they both were awesome made my experience better than I was expecting.

Check out was very lenghly. Had to find dates for ultra sound.

Nick provided a good overview of kidney stone process. Did not specifically tell me anything new, but explanation was complete.

We waited several months to get to see anyone in urology for tests to be done but once we got in the staff was excellent.

As a result of this appointment, I need to schedule an ultrasound. I was told I would be contacted to schedule this. I would have been nice to have the ultrasound done that day, instead of making another trip.

Both the provider and the nurse were friendly and helpful with a uncomfortable procedure.

My experience with persons was great. With my chart not so much. There are lots of hoops to jump through with my chart. Now not only do I need to constantly fill in user name, password and do that more than once I need to put in a special code which is sent to me then do it all again and enter my password code for my iPad. I do not care to go on this often. If I get more tan 1 message I must repeat the entire stuff over again. It's great to be in touch but a simple email or phone call would be terrific.

I wasn't told ahead of time that a urine sample was needed. I was told I needed a bladder scan. That was way out of line as the scan can't possibly be related to the reason I had the appointment. Nick Guzzo was very pleasant, accommodating, professional. I won't hesitate to refer acquaintances to him.

Hearing my brother explain the pain he had with experience at Mayo was dead on he had stage 4 and did 20 rounds of radiation, I hate needles real bad and the Dr did his best to ease my pain but it was miserable three times the needle went beyond the numbing med I'm glad I had my wife with to walked me out I didn't feel right afterwards it's something I will really have to think about moving forward with another biopsy if needed.

Nick Guzzo has been a true advocate for trying extremely hard to get my issues taken care of. I respect him and he is "an amazing asset " to this dept. How very fortunate I am ( as well as my husband) to have Nick taking good care of us ! He has so much knowledge in his area of expertise snd I'm positive all his patients feel the same way !! He deserves much recognition beyond my positive words of appreciation! He is the BEST!!!

We waited a long time. Arrived at 9:45. The procedure started at 11:30.

Had a half hour wait for the Dr. ! Didn't really mind cause Dr. Nick is so nice?

I received a notification that my hydrocele evaluation was not covered. I do not understand this information. I mentioned what my primary care provider's evaluation was, and Nick Guzzo confirmed the problem as a hydrocele. No procedure was performed. I need further clarification.

My chart is hard to get into.

Nicholas was very articulate and explained things well, and was very personable. I appreciated his professionalism and felt I was in good hands. The assisting nurse was also very sharp and engaging.

Lengthy delay between nurse and doctor. More than 30 minutes. That seems excessive.

Welcomed, explained to, felt relaxed and confident with all staff that helped me.

It's time to remodel those rooms on that side of the hospital very old and outdated. But all the people in Gunderson clinic are very helpful.

easy check in. because I am doing urine therapy I feel great.

Very friendly staff made me feel as comfortable as could.

I had a 2:00 PM appointment. I did not get in till 3:30 pm. I know that some time things run late but, no one came out to tell me of any delays. The staff could be more considerate my time.

Nick and his team went out of their way to get me in ASAP as I had a wedding to attend the next day. The entire team as well as check-in personnel were exceptionally friendly and comforting. Fantastic group!!!
