Great experience in seeing Natalie! There are definitely problems with your website switching from My Chart to Emplify! Almost impossible to get on the website without calling Customer service

The girl that took me back into the room to see the provider could have been more professional. Get rid of the long fingers nails. Take the gum out of your mouth. Overall not very welcoming.

Natalie was on time, explained situation & glad that the epidural is working. Referral when want to see surgeon for more in depth options. Very polite & thorough. She showed MRI narrowing which is cause of pain.

The provider (Natalie) was so knowledgeable & understanding! I feel confident in our treatment plan. She took very good care of me & my needs, saying... "I'll take care of" this & that for you. Thank you for the wonderful care at one of my lowest times with such debilitating pain.

This was a short visit but she was very kind, concerned and gave me the assurance that the site of the Sprint was not infected. The nursing staff also did an excellent job.

Also want to note that the computers were down when I arrived for my 6:45 appointment but the reception staff greeted me with kindness and apology, and seemed to be handling a frustrating situation with grace
