Everything went very well at my appointment. I felt that Natalie listened to everything that was going on symptom-wise and any concerns I had and that she addressed them all in a way that I could understand and we're moving forward with a good plan of care. I feel very comfortable with all of it. She did an excellent job.

This visit was the first time ever I was able to check in with My Chart and did not have to stop at the desk.

I can't say enough on how impressed I was with Natalie Pomranke! Her wealth of knowledge and explanations of all that would be involved with Injections, really put me at ease. She was very caring and understanding of my concerns. Any new patients will be very lucky to work with her! 12 STARS!!!

Was scheduled and told to be at appt. at 6:45am. However, could not access department in Founders building at that time. I was told, once I was able to check in at desk, that elevator and door access to dept. does not occur until 7 am. Either allow access to dept. at 6:30 or 6:40 am or do not advise patient to be there at 6:45am for 7am appt.

Natalie is excellent. She listens, is compassionate & is easy to discuss issues & concerns with.

The rooming process went seamless and Brianna was very kind. Kip, the scheduler was also very helpful and bright and cheery. I enjoyed Natalie as a provider. She not only explained my MRI again but she went over all my future options to continue to give me the best care possible. She did this in a way that I could understand because anatomy and physiology can be very hard to understand. Thank you for this experience for healthcare as it is so important. I know they talk about a little empathy is nice, but actually a lot of empathy goes everywhere.

Natalie treated me with the utmost respect & understanding of the pain & circumstances surrounding the cause of that pain. She came up with a sound plan to find the answers to our questions & move forward with treatment. She had reviewed my past health history since my last visit with her prior to seeing me which helped the direction to take in our discussion for the office visit. She is a great asset to your team at Gundersen/Emplify Health. I'm very happy with the Healthcare provided to me from her.
