Dr Merabova is always so prepared and up to date on my health conditions & situation. She's so very compassionate, caring and approachable for ideas & suggestions in my personal health. Such a joy to talk with & always upbeat. Never seems rushed or in a hurry. Even though I know all providers have busy schedules. Dr Merabova is a wonderful asset for Gunderson Emplify clinic in Tomah.

Great Doctor

Never got to see the Dr. I really liked her the first time I saw her. My appt was at 1:00 at 1:30 someone came in room and told me she had been called to the hospital did I want to wait they didn't know how long it might be or reschedule. I told them I didn't want to wait and didn't want to reschedule. I had waited it was a 3 mo check up. That was the 3rd appt for me and my husband that had been reschuled. I am done with Dr's and will take my husband because of his heart problems. Otherwise I will not go to Dr's again. Thank you

Returning phone calls or my chart messages in a timely manner would be highly appreciated. I called yesterday, no one has yet returned my call. I sent a my chart message asking if I was contagious, still no response.

I am not able to do the computer kind of answering and communicating. I need to just have phone calls. So that question about the computer stuff just did not work with me. I did have one problem with understanding what the change of medicine was and it was hard to get an answer back. It seemed like the doctor was so busy she couldn't answer that question. But she was very good at being a first-time doctor for me. Goodbye.

I do not use my chart

The doctor I had was made me feel very uncomfortable I wanted to walk out. She was very argumentative with me I had to tell her I'm not gonna argue with you. This is the second time I've had rude doctor with this facility maybe it's time to change if you can't get respectfully doctors

She listened to me and what I wanted

Dr. Merabova is the first doctor that has ever really sat and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I didn't at all feel rushed or dismissed which I really appreciated. I hope to continue care with her in the future.

Provider was very kind & spent a lot of time reviewing my condition and issues. She was very compassionate and open to options for treatment. Enjoyed this 1st encounter with her very much.

The whole team was kind and personable. I brought up some concerns that were hard for me to face and Dr. M took my concerns seriously and discussed the steps we would need to take to start getting to the bottom of what may be causing my concerns.
