Even though they listened to me, I don't think they're fully understanding. There's something more wrong. Too many times You get overlooked because you're not in the normal range. And they try to fit you into that category

Monica was very compassionate about my pain issues. She consulted with my primary care physician before recommending a pain relief protocol and her protocol is helping me with my pain relief and helping me sleep and I'm very happy with her care.

Being greeted by name during checkout and scheduling is fantastic, really makes me feel good. Provider and I discussed a care plan which made me feel heard and understood but also satisfied with an incremental health care approach. Really good service.

I made a mistake by going to Onalaska for my appointment it's not until next month, my fault. I wanted to have a urine test done but I had to go all the way back to Viroqua where my primary Dr, is . Why couldn't they work something out for me. The girl at the check in was wonderful she tried really hard to help me.

My three children all saw Monica DeClercq for the first time this past week, and she was amazing. She took a lot of time with everybody. She answered a lot of questions. Her one-on-one talks with the kids were very good, and she really listened and gave kids some good resources. We really appreciated Mrs. DeClercq, Dr. DeClercq, Nurse DeClercq, and will make appointments with her in the future.
