Hi, I just wanted to comment when I had my appointment on April 3rd. My appointment was at 10:45. I got there at 10:40, but I had to wait quite a while. It seemed like 20 minutes, 25 minutes before Molly came in. That was my only complaint. And I understand everybody's busy, especially on Friday, so that might have been why. But I just wanted to clarify that. Thank you. Bye.

Molly is always amazing to talk to, very welcoming and calming. She listens extremely well and invites good dialogue on all my healthcare questions and needs. She is an amazing asset to Emplify!!

Molly got me in on short notice after a trip to the ER the week before. She read the x-ray taken back then, compared it to years previous, and informed me that there was bone on bone, and introduced me to a brace that would keep it stable. Then she allowed me to choose to continue with the small one or use a more stable one. I liked that she was thorough and included me in options. I will continue to reach out to here for guidance and care. Thank you Molly Willenbring

I was corresponding with scheduling over this appointment and they had a suggested time for me. I told them within 10 minutes that I could not make that appointment that we needed to find a different time and no one responded. The appointment was still in the calendar and I had to physically cancel it myself, call in and make an appointment
