Molly is an awesome person. She listens and provides feedback. She is so awesome. I would continue to see her if needed. Spring Grove was the only location I could get into. Which was good, but I live so much closer to LaCrescent. Is there a doctor shortage?? Just wondering because especially when all other locations were full all week and beyond. Molly is very concerned and also very compassionate with me as her patient. I know you are all working hard to get everyone in. Thanks

The reason I haven't used the internet site is because this is new to me and has not been made available to me from previous providers. I plan on making extensive use of the sites in the future. This is a very convenient, welcoming, competent facility. I'm very pleased I chose this as my in-network clinic.

My only complaint is your requirement that a patient go through so many MyChart questions and steps with every check-in. Why not simply ask if anything has changed since the previous check-in? If nothing has changed, the check-in would be complete with that single answer.

I'm elderly and not real efficient on the computer so messages, etc. don't always get answered the way they should.

Sometimes a lot of digital information is confusing.
