Dr Schmida was informative and helpful as usual! Will miss him but wish him well in his retirement.

All in all was a very good experience.

Dr. schmida is excellent. He will be difficult to replace when he retires.

I am going to miss Dr Schmida when he retires this fall, he has been a great help with my hearing issues over the years.

A dedicated group of people!

In spite of a delay, due to having to get my ears cleaned before I could take the hearing test, everyone worked to see that I was well taken care of! I am very thankful for the fact that Gundersen really cares for their patients.

The doctor was thorough, just disappointed with the results. Wished for a simple solution and that was not possible. So the hearing loss looks like it is permanent. We used a video call for another appointment and that took some work to set up. However the helpline was terrific. All worked out.

The need to complete multiple questionnaires for each appointment is getting pretty tiresome. It's also frustrating to fill out the questionnaire on MyChart and then find I need to answer the questions at the desk when I actually check in in person. I learned from one of the people at the desk at a prior appointment that if you fill out the Communicable Diseases questionnaire more than 24 hours prior to the appointment, it clears and you need to complete it again.

We had another wonderful appointment with Dr. Milt, he is so patient and doesn't flinch when my autistic child resists.

First of all, I appreciate MyChart! It gives me all the information and time to assimilate it or research. I have been blessed with outstanding doctors and professionals. Gundersen makes it convenient to change doctors too. Dr. Schmida, has a very organized department. He listens intently and answers everything. His staff is always on top of every direction he gives.

The number of e-mails I get from amplify are rediculus . Get 3 or more for the same thing.after I check in I get to or three more asking me if I am at the clinic yet.the system is way overbearing and needs to be addressed

The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very relatable as well. And explained things in layman's terms so that I understood everything. Also, prior to giving each part of the test he explained what was going to happen and made sure I understood everything.
