PA Miles Saylor was very informative and explained everything in detail. Listed all my options and reasons why. Very thorough.

I was extremely impressed with my visit. I felt heard and that my concerns were addressed. I understood all aspects of the diagnosis and what options were available and recommended for treatment. Follow up care was clear and I was confident with the care plan. Not every doctors visit leaves the patient feeling this way but this visit did.

Miles is a great asset to Emplify. He is so relatable to his patients. He genuinely cares about his patients and this shows in his attitude towards them. Miles has been a great help on my sons journey through this tough time.

Slightly disappointed I was unable to get an injection same day, no provider there to do it. I need to make another appointment and trip, which is inconvenient for a 10 min procedure.

PA Miles was thorough in his explanation as to my condition, treatment options and was respectful of me and my feelings. I would say he is one of the best providers that I've had interaction with. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and empathy. I will highly recommend him.

The PA was great with my child, treated her as an individual. The other staff did not seem as comfortable working with a child as a patient.

I would like to make the comment that my appointment was canceled and rescheduled twice. This is the continuous experience that I've had and am truly not happy with it. As someone with a flexible schedule I have the ability to make these inconveniences work. My heart goes out to those who can't and I fully understand the extent of their frustration. Overall my experiences with emplify has been good except the cancellation. This needs to be fixed.

Experience was great, just not thrilled that we have three weeks to wait to get back in to see to go over MRI.

Liked the pa, he put a prescription in but had it ready to pick up in three days. Was supposed to pickup this day after my appointment. Will pickup the day of my surgery.
