I would like to make the comment that my appointment was canceled and rescheduled twice. This is the continuous experience that I've had and am truly not happy with it. As someone with a flexible schedule I have the ability to make these inconveniences work. My heart goes out to those who can't and I fully understand the extent of their frustration. Overall my experiences with emplify has been good except the cancellation. This needs to be fixed.

Miles was friendly and showed genuine care. He listened to me and asked clarifying questions. Really enjoyed seeing him.

Always great care from Miles. Also enjoyed meeting the nurse that was helping in the department that day, also great care.

Experience was great, just not thrilled that we have three weeks to wait to get back in to see to go over MRI.

Liked the pa, he put a prescription in but had it ready to pick up in three days. Was supposed to pickup this day after my appointment. Will pickup the day of my surgery.
