    She really, really listened to me and believed everything I was saying, you know, and she wants to help me and I'm excited about the fact of getting better and not being so tired. And so I really appreciate her listening and explaining everything. It was wonderful.

    Digital Solutions Optimization: For check in, I received the option to indicate 'i'm here' in mychart, I received a text message, and then I also received an e-mail. This is excessive and unnecessary. Pick one method and be consistent or let patients choose their preferred method of check in (F2F, text, e-mail, or mychart) and follow it.

    Appt time 10:30 Arrival time 10:15 I completed check in online and it asked how long till I toiled be there. I clicked 5 minutes. I accidentally went to the founders building. When I arrived to my appt (before my appt time) I was told I would have to reschedule. Even though I was there before my appt time. Thankfully someone had a cancellation and she saw me right away. She was AMAZING. Answered all my questions.

    First of all, I was never told I needed an annual appointment to maintain getting supplies, so when I called for supplies, I was turned down because I hadn't had an appointment. I had to wait a month for an appointment. Upon arrival, I filled out paperwork because I don't do that online unless my wife does. then I was taken to a room and had health history and PB etc. collected. Then I sat there for 40 minutes. I then went into the hall where I was asked who I was! Finally after realizing the had forgotten me, the provider can in for the appointment. She was not at all apologetic but was efficient and competent. I was upset with my treatment!

    Your change to Emplify has rendered my digital access unusable. I don't have a "passkey" (or whatever it's called) account so I couldn't check in ahead of time. What may seem like a great techno-advance for you can be an awful experience for your patients, as this one is proving to be.....

    I actually missed a video visit before the in person visit. If you have any issues with phone or internet (like we do in Bangor), video visits do not work as well. I got the texts, emails, and a phone message well after the appointment time. Thanks for listening.
