Great provider listened to my concerns very professional!

Dr.Miller was very helpful explaining the parts of my back that was causing the pain and very courteus!!!

Great experience

It was a bit much to come in for two appointments. One for the nurse visit and the other for the doctor visit. I was told it had to do with the government shut down... no video conferences ... and Medicare.

Coming in day before appointment to fill questionnaire and answer routine questions was not a good use of time. I do understand it was because it was during the government shutdown and insurance requireded it.

I so appreciate Michaela! I feel like she took the time to actively listen to me and ask probing questions so we could find possible paths forward without judgement. I felt completely heard and validated about my concerns and celebrated when I shared my "wins," however small they may have seemed. She seemed to know those small wins mean a great deal to me. Thank you, Michaela!

Arranging transportation/appointments is difficult for an incontinent person. We arrived 45 minutes early to accommodate any unexpected incident. We had to go to the bathroom after waiting in the waiting room and exam room. We were told we didn't have the amount of time with the Dr. because it took too long cleaning up. Our apology for not fitting the time slot. We tried.

It was very, very good! Much better than in the past few years... even my most recent emergency and hospital visit were phenomenal compared to before! Thank you so much!!!!

As an RN myself, I would rate Michaela Miller-Evenson NP as an excellent diagnostician and caring caregiver!

Michaela always does a great job. She makes something uncomfortable like the doctors welcoming and fun. She is very nice and caring! She handled everything i needed and have me good advice with no pressure! Best doctor ever.

I am extremely happy with establishing Care with Michaela Miller, NP. She was extremely thorough, listened to me with intention, and I felt as though we were working together for my healthcare needs!

Michaela Miller was thorough, patiently listened and answered my questions . A wonderful bonus was her friendly and pleasant demeanor!

Check in line seemed a little understaffed but I understand. I liked the old way of having separate checkout employees so you don't have to wait in the checking line again. Probably due to finance, again I get it. That was my only qualm.
