Michaela is incredible- I'm so appreciative of the care she provides. She is attentive, caring, and includes me in decision making. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

She was very helpful and a good problem solver.

The person at the front desk thought that I owed money but I do not! I had a receipt saying that my balance was paid in full. I really did not appreciate that.

i do not like the monotonous questions asked in pre check. the last appointment was a waste of time. all that was done was take my height, weight, and blood pressure, went over my drugs. I have pain in my thumb. they said to take ibuprofen and make another appointment with Orthopedics. this could have been done over the phone or my chart, why a face-to-face appointment where they didn't even look at my thumb.

Ms evenson was very knowledgeable and very nice to me....I like her!!

My provider (PC) is one of the best I have had at Gundersen.

Michaela was great - very understanding, caring, and helpful.

Everyone except for the nurse practitioner was wonderful. I did not see that I had messages that I didn't need to come in which is my fault. The practitioner was very short, rude and curt with me. I never want an appointment with her again.

Overall a very pleasant first time experience.

It was a bit much to come in for two appointments. One for the nurse visit and the other for the doctor visit. I was told it had to do with the government shut down... no video conferences ... and Medicare.

Coming in day before appointment to fill questionnaire and answer routine questions was not a good use of time. I do understand it was because it was during the government shutdown and insurance requireded it.

I so appreciate Michaela! I feel like she took the time to actively listen to me and ask probing questions so we could find possible paths forward without judgement. I felt completely heard and validated about my concerns and celebrated when I shared my "wins," however small they may have seemed. She seemed to know those small wins mean a great deal to me. Thank you, Michaela!
