Dr. Doerrler always takes time to listen and creates a well thought out care plan! He is ready to do whatever it takes to ensure my medical needs are met for the best possible outcome.

Changes on the online registration are sometimes difficult. Dr. Doerrler is the best neurologist I have found. Definitely could use more like him. He listens to your concerns and is always willing to find another option if he can. I've never once felt dismissed or that I wasn't important.

The digital My Chart interface is not perfect but my doctor is excellent.

One of the most frustrating experiences I had there was dealing with some older patients. They didn't care if you were already in line waiting for checkout for 10 minutes. They acted like being old meant they could cut in front of everyone and get their work done first. I don't like that at all. Being old doesn't make it right to skip the line. I love tho say In the USA in general, it feels more like businesses care more than patients care if we have to talk about paying bills ore cost off using a room to get your exam :)

Dr. Doerrler continues to be an excellent provider. My migraines have been greatly decreased under his care.

Providers and staff did a fantastic job as always, no complaints. However, on an administrative level, it's inconvenient for the patients and providers that the procedure is now separated from the check up visit. I now have to come for 2 appts on 2 separate occasions. Please combine them like before as it was more efficient and easier for patients.

Excellent thorough exam explaining everything about my symptoms during my ER experience. He went into great detail about what my options are for migraine headaches and high blood pressure. I'm grateful to have such a knowledgeable and kind doctor. If you would like to have more information I would be happy to talk with you.

Using "MyChart" in the hospital proper, is never easy; specially when there is already a lot of people / patients using the Guest Wi-Fi. The cellular network service is also terrible but that is due to the construction of the hospital. I would like to see more broadband available for patients and people in the hospital buildings. That is just me. Aside from that, excellent personal experience with the medical staff.

Dr Doerrler is an extremely intelligent, caring provider. I trust him 100% with my care. I wish I would have been referred to him many years ago. I don't know why other doctors I have worked with don't know the medication options to help with migraine/headache/pain. He has helped me so much. My life is becoming livable...enjoyable...and I can function day to day without just suffering through it like I have for decades.

Literally was asked ALL the same questions at check in as was asked on the e-check in before the appointment. I get being asked if exposed to anyone sick just before appointment as things could change. But to be asked all the other questions again is really a waste of time. And why couldn't the liaison schedule the next appointment themselves instead of having to call yet another person?

Dr. Doerler is exceptional provider. Best of the best. He is excellent asset to Gundersen Healthcare.

The check in process and my doctor appointment went well. The check out process was frustrating. I had to wait a good 10 minutes just to see someone check out and get my after visit summary and set up my future appointment.
