Dr Doerrler is the best doctor that I have ever had. Hands down. He takes the time to address all of your concerns and thoroughly knows his field of medicine. He explains all of the options available, gives you a choice, explains what to do if the medicine makes me feel not ok. Then explains what the other options would then be. He is simply the best.

Dr. Doerrler and the MA were great to work with. I trust Dr. Doerrler with my health issues. He takes the time to discuss my meds, medical chart and discuss any issues or concerns I may have. As well as perform checks (eyes, reflexes, etc.) to verify that nothing has changed since my last appointment.

Dr Doerrler is fantastic! He is very thorough and always does what is best for me. He has helped my migraines immensely.

I was very pleased with doctor on my visit that he explained things and had options for my headaches that I have and I'm going to be coming back for Botox and he explained that very well. He's always, I'm just thankful that I was sent to him and the staff were very well. It's just that he is very full with patients and he does very well with the amount of patients that he sees and we're very pleased with, I still say Gundersen. Thank you.

Providing a clinical diagnosis based on poor quality of a very expensive MRI is not very credible.

He had a student with him and that gentleman also was very intelligent and seemed to know more about my overall problems and how to help me than most of the doctors I have seen for years at Gundersen. Dr. Doerrler has been probably the best doctor that I have encountered, especially dealing with all of my migraines. He listens to me and he figures out the root or trying to figure out the root cause of it all. He is very fast and prompt with any MyChart messages and he truly is a doctor that looks out for the best of his patients and if there's any insurance like troubles, he has no problem fighting them so that his patients can get the best care that they can.

Dr. Doerrler always takes the time to explain everything to his patients in detail. He is patient and provides very detailed information on all treatment plan of care options to a patient. Making sure all your questions or concerns are answered. I trust him 100 percent with all my health care needs.

Changes on the online registration are sometimes difficult. Dr. Doerrler is the best neurologist I have found. Definitely could use more like him. He listens to your concerns and is always willing to find another option if he can. I've never once felt dismissed or that I wasn't important.

The digital My Chart interface is not perfect but my doctor is excellent.

One of the most frustrating experiences I had there was dealing with some older patients. They didn't care if you were already in line waiting for checkout for 10 minutes. They acted like being old meant they could cut in front of everyone and get their work done first. I don't like that at all. Being old doesn't make it right to skip the line. I love tho say In the USA in general, it feels more like businesses care more than patients care if we have to talk about paying bills ore cost off using a room to get your exam :)

Dr. Doerrler continues to be an excellent provider. My migraines have been greatly decreased under his care.

Providers and staff did a fantastic job as always, no complaints. However, on an administrative level, it's inconvenient for the patients and providers that the procedure is now separated from the check up visit. I now have to come for 2 appts on 2 separate occasions. Please combine them like before as it was more efficient and easier for patients.

My Doctor is very caring and ask questions and listens when I asked questions and let me know if I think of anything else in the up coming days to just call

Excellent thorough exam explaining everything about my symptoms during my ER experience. He went into great detail about what my options are for migraine headaches and high blood pressure. I'm grateful to have such a knowledgeable and kind doctor. If you would like to have more information I would be happy to talk with you.

Using "MyChart" in the hospital proper, is never easy; specially when there is already a lot of people / patients using the Guest Wi-Fi. The cellular network service is also terrible but that is due to the construction of the hospital. I would like to see more broadband available for patients and people in the hospital buildings. That is just me. Aside from that, excellent personal experience with the medical staff.

Always so informative and compassionate

Dr Doerrler is an extremely intelligent, caring provider. I trust him 100% with my care. I wish I would have been referred to him many years ago. I don't know why other doctors I have worked with don't know the medication options to help with migraine/headache/pain. He has helped me so much. My life is becoming livable...enjoyable...and I can function day to day without just suffering through it like I have for decades.

Literally was asked ALL the same questions at check in as was asked on the e-check in before the appointment. I get being asked if exposed to anyone sick just before appointment as things could change. But to be asked all the other questions again is really a waste of time. And why couldn't the liaison schedule the next appointment themselves instead of having to call yet another person?
