Care Philosophy

I enjoy working with athletes of all levels, but I have taken a special interest in the complexities of ACL rehabilitation. I have presented multiple lectures and in-services on neurocognitive components of rehabilitation, utilizing neuroplasticity to enhance motor learning and understanding the principles of strength and conditioning, which should be incorporated throughout long-term rehabilitation.

Personal Statement

When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling, cooking, weightlifting, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with friends and family in the area. One thing I don't enjoy is doing cardio, but I've been doing it more regularly anyway because it's good for the heart, and sometimes you have to do things that are hard just because they're hard!
