Michael did an excellent job of confirming my situation and identifying what procedure to administer. His nurse was helpful and attentive to my condition. They are one of the top care teams I have dealt with at Emplify.

I deliberately went to Mike, due to past experience with him. He always explains things and gives me all my options. He listens so well. I don't feel like a number on a chart with him. I feel better prepared for a procedure I have next week and I know he's there if I need him. He gave me ample time to talk. I can be open with him.

My Chart and billing is not friendly processes so I wish there was more information about how to read a bill, understand the bill and know what to do if you think the bill is too costly.

I was very impressed with the doctor. I think it's the first time in a long time I felt like I was talking to somebody who cared about the patient instead of just moving on to the next individual.
