Mike was very helpful and informative, thank you Mike.

The nurse that was working with this provider was kind of rude. I'm slow walking and use a up walker. I have a hard time getting up so I was slow with that. Then she said let's put you in a wheelchair. I told her no I can and and that I wanted to walk. She acted very annoyed by me. I do understand that we all have bad days at times. But she really didn't need to treat me like I was just another number. That was not a good experience. The provider was nice and answered my questions but he seemed like he was in a rush, But he still was very respectful to me and listened to my concerns.

The trainer was cold and nothing like the the PT providers that I have had in the past. I was shocked at how it went and left the appointment feeling discouraged.

Michael did an excellent job of confirming my situation and identifying what procedure to administer. His nurse was helpful and attentive to my condition. They are one of the top care teams I have dealt with at Emplify.

Provider new to me and was very kind, very thorough and very knowledgeable.

If I could rate higher than a 10 I would. This office is the only one that I have been to that actually listens to the patient. I am very thankful for everyone here.

Dr. Tyriver was patient with all my questions and explained things in ways that made sense - felt listened to and not that I was wasting his time or he was in a rush to move on. The Athletic Trainer was also patient, informative and supportive.

When we tried to make some more appointments we could not get any till next year when PMR is what we needed

I deliberately went to Mike, due to past experience with him. He always explains things and gives me all my options. He listens so well. I don't feel like a number on a chart with him. I feel better prepared for a procedure I have next week and I know he's there if I need him. He gave me ample time to talk. I can be open with him.

My Chart and billing is not friendly processes so I wish there was more information about how to read a bill, understand the bill and know what to do if you think the bill is too costly.
