My only complaint was how long it took before I got to see the doctor. My situation had changed by the time 3 wks had passed!

The Doctor's Medical Assistant was incredibly rude.

Really didn't help with what decision to make next. Set up appointment with specialist in LaCrosse, but don't really have any better information on what is the best option for me

Dr. Case treats his patients with respect and has a sense of humor that makes his patients feel comfortable and goes the extra mile for them.

Dr. Case has taken care of my ears for years. He is a wonderful doctor. I will miss seeing him after he retires.

Dr. Case's office was able to get me in early after my audio appt. so that I didn't have to leave and come back.

I have seen Dr. Case for a couple of years now and he is just a fabulous doctor. I'm so disappointed that he's going to be retiring. So if there's any way to talk him out of it or have him work part-time, he is phenomenal. I wish all your providers had that sense of commitment and loyalty to patients and just really an overall wonderful provider. I wish there were more of them.

Dr. Case is one of the best! His helper was very friendly and made me feel at ease during my visit.

Dr Case is professional, caring and I have complete confidence in his care. He determines the issue, discusses the best possible treatment. He makes sure makes you aware of any side effects and what to do if any of these would happen. It is always easy to get ahold of his office if you need him.

My ear cleaning procedure went well. He was professional and very friendly.

They were really great and didn't mind waiting for me to get there (after my son and husband were there already) as I was working. That meant so much to me. (I wasn't late - they were ahead of time - which is also awesome)

Dr Is so easy to talk to and he's never in a bad or hurry up mode. Most of your Dr's want you in and out and really don't seem to care. I know the doctors and nurses I can trust. I've been a Gundersen patient for 60 year.........
