Dr Dolan is an outstanding doctor who cares for his patients with a truly empathetic heart.

Dr. Dolan is a very very good doctor, and took his time to see why my situation with my hands are happening with ordering more tests to try to get to the bottom of my problem.

Dr. Dolan is always kind, caring, and compassionate. He does an excellent job of listening and explaining, so I am able to understand exactly what is the diagnosis and my treatment plan. Dr. Dolan has been my primary provider for over 30 years and I have always been extremely pleased. I would highly recommend him.

It was all great, as far as the Dr. visit! I do have trouble getting into My Chart! The doctor and nurse are both so helpful!

My problem was resolved!

I was surprised that when I left the provider to set up an ultra sound at the end of the appointment there was no one available to line up the appointment. I told the scheduler that was okay and they could call me to set up the ultra-sound. The scheduler said they would call me later that day. No one called that day, then there was the weekend in between. No one called on Monday and then on Tuesday they called around lunch or shortly after. I think that it would be wise in the business sense to have a policy that calls are returned within a day-at least have the call made to the client with a message left if necessary.

Also he is always very pleasant, also I feel he saved my life when he sent me for tests due to questioning me and checking me out and they found I had a heart partially blocked veins which lead to triple heart bypass which they said was a widow maker. I was asked to fill out a questionaire manually that contained the same questions as one I had filled out online several days ago. The check in person had no way to confirm that, so was told to have all patients fill it out. That wastes both of our time. Please fix this.

I did not like like the Gundersen Pharmacy app was disabled and now I need to request refills through the My Care app.
