Great service

I was not seen by the provider in this appointment. Instead it was someone else. I don't even know what his credentials are if he is a Medical assistant or a nurse. There is no clinical notes from this visit as well.

The doctor asked probing questions to get at the root cause of my issue. He asked exactly the correct questions and came up with a quick solution to my issue with counsel on options and care moving forward. All in such a timely manner. Amazing. Thank you.

Would like to have you pass this on --- you must change the labels on prescriptions because the most important detail on it is the prescription number. It is so small I have to use a magnifying glass to see it. Then I have to write it on a piece of paper big enough so when I call it in, I can enter the numbers quickly or I get cut off. I'm considering switching pharmacies if this does not change. I'm not the only patient I am sure who cannot read the small print. It used to be bigger; don't know why it changed.

Dr. Dinos and his staff has treated me with excellent care. I have had some extenuating circumstances with dental work and they have worked me into the schedule when needed.

Everyone treated me with genuine concern, compassion, and understanding. I was grateful he worked me in to his schedule at a short notice. One thing that made it difficult for me was focusing and comprehending what was being said directly to me, even though Dr. Dinos was only 3 feet away he ended up pausing a couple times in our discussion and waited for the chatter noise level of the office staff to quiet down. The open concept design seems very stylish, but does not lend itself to any patient privacy.

Love this environment in the downtown offices and the dental staff are all so friendly and accommodating. A+ from check in to check out!

As he is the only periodontist in the area, you do need to wait for an appt. However, once you have an appt the rest of the process works smoothly. I'm assuming it is not easy to find others to share the work load so he isn't so busy/in demand?

Just ask how someone is treated. Drop the unique reference!

The overall experience was excellent. The online requests to check in beginning a full week before the appointment and then seeming to recur daily were rather annoying! I think being asked to check in twice ahead of an appointment would be great plenty.

Everyone there was very nice (always is). I was also out of there in record time - which was great!

Dr. Dinos did an amazing job on my gum graft. I was a little nervous going in but once the procedure started I was good to go. He spoke with me throughout the procedure to make sure everything was going okay. I had minimal pain afterwards and the day after no pain whatsoever. Would highly recommend.

I enjoy going to this clinic. The staff are kind and helpful. The doctor has been attentive and caring.

The log in system is time consuming under the new merfed it system.
