Dr. Stitgen is a fantastic doctor. He was kind, courteous, and took time to understand my concerns and discuss a beneficial treatment plan. We are so lucky to have a caring physician such as Dr. Stitgen.

Dr. Stitgen was mostly very good, but he did say I could resume regular activity the day following my cortisone shot when in actuality I probably should have taken it easy. As a result, my recovery from the shot took a little longer. I would recommend that he advise patients to use a little more caution following the shot in the future.

I can no longer check in digitally because I'm with VA and it doesn't show in check. In app and will not take a id number. I was always able to do this until the recent merger.

Everything was very good. Check-in was a bit shaky and coming out to schedule more things. Signage needs to be posted from people coming out. The staff seemed very disgruntled that we come out of the offices and go there instead of going into a line. So if that is the expectation, that should be posted. Thanks.

Dr Stitgen did my husband's surgery, piecing his shattered wrist back together and did a great job. We are very impressed with him. He is very personable and explains things very well. He took my concerns seriously and listened well. I would highly recommend him to anyone. My friends and family already know how much we appreciate Dr Stitgen.

I was pleased that this dr seemed interested in what I had to say. He also answered my questions, instead of shrugging them off. My previous orthopedic dr sort of "blew me off" and acted like he wasn't even listening. He gave me the feeling like I was a bother and wasting his time.

I found Michael to be having a very good bedside manner. He had a lot of patience in answering questions that I had and allowed me to completely ask my questions until I was done. And he was very knowledgeable and open to discussing my options and made me feel comfortable. Thank you.

Dr. Stitgen listened to my concerns and responded with clear explanations of my options and any risks involved. I appreciated his focus to detail and his willingness to listen to my questions. I am so glad to have a Gundersen Clinic in Winona.

I was suppose to receive a phone call to set up time and place for my surgery but never received the call. When I called after the 4th holiday to find these answers for myself I was told the surgery had been cancelled without me being notified. I am in a lot of pain right now and not sure what is going to happen. I am not very happy with Gundersen orthopedics.

My chart password frequently does not work.

I really, really liked my consultation with the doctor the other day in Winona, and I'm very pleased with the Gundersen Health Systems, and I'll be moving my files over to Wabasha shortly. You guys are great. Thanks much.
