The two doctors were outstanding.

Dr. was very friendly and explained things well.

Even though I did pre-check online before arriving, I did not get the "I am here" prompt on my phone. Had to wait in line for several minutes behind one other person at check in desk. Then had to answer many of the same questions again that I had done at home. Also had to prepay an amount before seeing my doctor and don't understand why. When I asked, she said something about autopay - which I never signed up for and don't know how to change. There were several people in line behind me when I was finally able to move on to the waiting area where I was promptly called in. Check in process is VERY Inefficient!!

Check in online was tedious. I would like it shorter.

It's very hard to get an appointment in the cardiology department. You're told they will call you, but they never do. When you call them, they tell you to call back the next day. When you call back the next day, you're told to call again the following day. It's very stressful.

Dr. Witzik was awesome. He helped me understand my problems and had some future plans to further treat me. He answered questions thoroughly and was professional and very knowledgeable. Good healthcare service.

Because it was more than three months from the day of the referral from my primary-care doctor to my appointment with Dr. Witcik, I have concerns about future appointments and accessibility to care when I need it.
