Dr Leone does a fantastic job. He is always very thorough, works to resolve any issues, and does it all in a very kind cordial way.

I was early and was called early!

MD was in the room with me approximately 7 minutes despite this being a provider visit with neurology who I have not seen in almost a year. Two of my previous neurologists have left Gunderson so I know Dr. Leone I is very busy but he did not physically examine me and focused on medication only despite telling him I am having increased falls. I certainly hope I am not billed for an examination!

Dr. Leone is the most intelligent and caring doctor ever, who genuinely cares about me as a person.

Considering my age and health issues I think neurology still should take my vitals. The med tech does this so it is part of intake which doesn't take long. I dont know why they routinely wouldn't. I mentioned it and then it was offered but I declined - it felt foolish in a way for asking but I think its not a prudent policy not to continue taking vitals.

Just a suggestion- please add a "Search" key in the "Appointment" page just like the "Test results" page. It is very difficult to try and look back on notes by a specific provider to double-check their instructions or plans.

Everything went extremely well. No complaints!

Dr Leone rocks. He knows me and my.neurological problems well and is thoughtful and caring in discussing diagnostic steps and issues to anticipate in the future. He had a Medical Student that came in first and he did an excellent job in talking with me and doing an exam. I am fortunate to have Dr Leone as my neurologist.

I have been seeing Dr. Leone for 10 years and he has been a wonderful doctor. He truly invested in my care. He listens to my concerns and we make the plans of attack together. He makes sure I understand what to do. He is interested in the whole me and knows about my other health issues. Dr. Leone always tells me to call if I need to see him before the next follow up appointment.

Dr Leone did an excellent job explaining and caring for my situation.

Both the Doctor and his nurse were friendly, explained things as they did them so my visit was a good experience.

I was referred to neurology by primary. They don't really explain what they are actually doing or how they are measuring results. The doctor was in the room less than 10 minutes. Not sure if he was able to look much at my history. It feels like I took a test which I couldn't study for and you only get one try. My doc will get results on Monday, so I will see what she says.

Both Dr Leone and the nurse were great. They were sympathetic about discomfort during the procedure. More importantly they explained what they were doing. Both were respectful and interactive. Dr.Leone gave me detailed information and answered all my questions.

Doctor had a very complete knowledge of my file thank you . The nurse also handled all things great.

Dr. Leone was extremely, made me feel comfortable. He was probably the most pleasant experience I've had at Gundersen.

Dr. Leone is a provider who can stand back and look at the totality of my physical condition in a way that builds confidence in his analysis. Good communicator. Only small hiccup is when I went to check out the lines to see a scheduler for follow-up were long and slow. Might just have been the time of day - really a singular event for me. Not a problem. I can deal with that easily. The electronic communication was not smooth. I got an email that among other things asked me to check in on line. I selected that option but I was able to connect using the link in the email. I had to leave that frustrating effort and just independently enter Mychart. To be truthful the on-line check-in is not nearly as efficient from a patient's view than is doing it upon arrival. Of course, I understand the clinic's preference to do it on line because of the "man-hour" cost saved in the check-in line.

The Dr. was up to date on my chart and my MRI,felt comfortable he was on top of my problems...

Dr. Leone is a very thoughtful physician. I trust him to manage my medical problem.

Dr. Leone answers all my questions both in office and through MyChart. He's helping me through this new journey and has been most helpful. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Leone is fantastic! He explains everything in layman's terms and listens. He truly cares about his patients and gives compassionate care.

I appreciate Dr.Leone's expertise and experience and feel confident that he is able to provide recommendations if possible for my somewhat complicated issues. the EMG tech was also excellent, they make a great team!

I was seen by staff promptly at my appointed time. I was treated with courtesy and respect and the upcoming procedure was fully explained to me. Great staff and great support team!!!
