The providers in the clinic are great. I do not appreciate the position Gundersen leadership is taking with regional critical care hospitals in the region, and once my provider has retired I will likely seek care outside of the Gundersen system.

not a good one I waited an hour to see my primary and walked out . I had another appointment I had to go to.

Great experience except having to answer the same check-in questions over and over in my chart.

Dr Michael Kalinosky is always thorough and attentive to details. I will be sad to see him retire.

I've been seeing Dr. K for years, he is amazing. He clearly prepares for his patients reviewing the chart, labs and history. Super personable and very kind. The Viroqua staff is always so pleasant, from check in to check out. While there I witnessed one of the patient liaisons clearly went out of her way to help one elderly patient confused about his insurance for his diabetic medication, above and beyond care. It would have been easy for her to simply say understanding your insurance is your responsibility, but not her! I highly recommend the Viroqua team!

My chart, have never been able to access

I needed to book an appointment for blood draw/labs for my upcoming provider visit and there is no way to book a lab appointment through the app. Pretty annoying.

I was disappointed that my medical records hadn't arrived for Dr. K to see them.

my health care team is like family

The visit was very quick and everyone was extremely helpful.

Just waiting to see if Covid booster will be available thru the clinic.

I really appreciate Dr. Kalinosky's demeanor and approach to my health and well-being.

It is comforting to sit down face to face with your physician about concerns you might have and have them either confirmed and set up for treatment or dismissed. It makes you feel better either way because now you know.

Would like to scroll up and down on previous appointments, not read past one and then go back to find another one

Michael Kalinosky did an awesome job. He's been my provider for 15 plus years and he is highly recommended. Gunderson should hire more doctors just like him who listen to the patients carefully and consider everything before them to make a treatment plan and to find out the cause instead of a band-aid.
