I consider every consultation a privilege to help people make lifestyle changes through eating behaviors and physical activity to help them achieve a better quality of health.

Personal Statement

I enjoy long walks with my husband and two dogs, volunteering as a Wisconsin Extension Master Gardener serving Kane Street Community Garden, folk dancing, singing and playing the flute at my church and creating dollhouse miniatures in multiple scales.
