I feel like Melissa Revels did not take my medical concerns that I had seriously. With my cancer that I have already had, I feel like I know my body and if I want a test or something done, I should be able to have this done without question.

There are many repeat notifications of upcoming appts. The digital 'check in' of "are you here" cane 10 minutes after I had checked in at the front desk and was already in the exam room with provider.

Loved Melissa Revels. She was very good to my dad after his stroke. This was our first time seeing Melissa but now are thinking about switching his care to her. She spoke to him in language he understood and pointed out the positives. He left the office feeling good.

Your written correspondence was excessive. I received 8 letters that all stated the same thing. What a waste of paper and cost to send them out. That needs to be addressed.
