I specialize in providing compassionate clinical therapy to children, adolescents and adults with a focus on life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, parenting challenges, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, ADHD and other mental health issues. I would describe my therapeutic approach as compassionate, non-judgmental and authentic. I use a strength-based perspective to empower patients in achieving their goals, emphasizing the importance of human connection and open communication in a supportive and calming environment.
