This was a wrap-up to an ER visit from a month prior and all of the results of the tests performed at that ER visit were explained.

I had some trouble with my log-in prior to appt. but was resolved at the visit. The computer tried to over ride my answers but I was able to explain at the visit.

They could have waited till the tests had been completed. So we could have known what Needed to be done.

She was aweome!!! She was kind- explained everything in detail- answered questions-she took time and treated me with respect and dignity and made sure I left feeling like I was heard and that I was more than satisfied not just satisfied with my care that day- I definitely was very happy - she made me very comfortable in a time I needed not to be overlooked- fantastic and off the charts !!!!

It was one of the worst medical appointments I have had. She had no idea what she was doing because she was not familiar with the test I had done. The issue i came in primarily for was not even discussed. She became more interested in reading my medical records than communicating with me. Horrible experience, and I am not some sort of a medical freak show for someone to entertain themselves by reading my records. Perhaps a better part of the process would be pairing up patients with providers who are medically competent to address the issues the person is experiencing.

I tried to get an explanation as to what this appointment was for but no one replied to my email. I felt that this was a waste of time and an unnecessary appointment and that during the last month the answers I would like to get (regarding the Urology issues) took me going to Patient Experience for anyone to even look at my chart to see how many times I had been to Emergency with no resolution.
