Felt like my visit was very helpful. I left with a better understanding of what I've been experiencing.

I was unhappy with the doctor found out after reading my findings, she was surprised no one has told me two months ago about my medical findings

All the cares were very efficient on top of things right away. Very good and very relaxing to be there instead of just the opposite. So everything was good.

My appointment was an after hospital stay. The first nurse asked the questions from an online form & she said she felt bad for me for all of my problems and said this department had a wonderful team to help. The NP that came in just went over mychart information from my hospital stay and tested my reflex's. I asked when my next appointment would be and she said I didn't need to come back. Seemed like this was a pointless visit. Why ask the questions if you aren't going to do anything about the problems.

Went into detail about all questions I had and wasn't rushed out. Very well taken care of I felt. Greatly appreciate all of the neurology team especially Melinda

I had already did a follow up visit with PCP prior to this visit and this visit was a one time visit that I was informed of after the appointment. Not sure of the purpose.

The whole visit was exceptional. Definitely met the Gunderson standards.

Please put the appointment location in a better spot in mychart. I have a difficult time finding out which building and floor my appt is on. That could be in highlighted or in bigger font or something to make it stand out.

My first virtual appointment and it went so smoothly. Thanks to all the pre appointment instructions. Thank you for allowing this as I have no way to get to Lacrosse.

This was a wrap-up to an ER visit from a month prior and all of the results of the tests performed at that ER visit were explained.

I had some trouble with my log-in prior to appt. but was resolved at the visit. The computer tried to over ride my answers but I was able to explain at the visit.

all was ok.

Melinda was kind, patient, showed empathy and helped me understand my new findings that are very frightening. I appreciate the extra time and attention to helping my understanding of my condition.

They could have waited till the tests had been completed. So we could have known what Needed to be done.

She was aweome!!! She was kind- explained everything in detail- answered questions-she took time and treated me with respect and dignity and made sure I left feeling like I was heard and that I was more than satisfied not just satisfied with my care that day- I definitely was very happy - she made me very comfortable in a time I needed not to be overlooked- fantastic and off the charts !!!!
