Dr. Solum was very friendly and although she couldn't pinpoint a diagnosis, she promised to get me to the right department who could help me further. The resident working with Dr. Solum was very professional and thorough. He took his time listening to my concerns and asking questions regarding my symptoms so he could relay to Dr. Solum so she wouldn't need to repeat them. It was a very pleasant experience.

This was a positive experience in every way. My situation wasn't a medical emergency, but could have become very serious the longer treatment was delayed. I was notified of a cancellation within less than 24 hours, and Dr. Solum was very professional and friendly. A small part of my hearing aid was lodged in my ear canal, and she was able to carefully remove it without causing any discomfort.

Dr Solum is a compassionate person and takes the time to listen and answer any concerns a patient may have.

I came home from the appt. feeling very positive. My questions were answered and my Dr. even took time to write a couple things down for me. Every person that helped with my appt. did a superb job.

This new my chart is not easy to understand. I could not access it on my computer!!!!!

Had to reschedule due to previous appt had a time change without notification. I had transfered my appt from my chart to my calender when appt was made but when I arrived it had been changed to 4 hours later. They did try to fit me in but no luck.

My Chart check-in did not work. Kept getting something went wrong error!??

Dr. Solum is very caring and capable - I plan to continue to work with her as my primary care physician as long as she's at this clinic.

Had a very long wait to check out and I was first in line. Had only three checkouts and one person was working on something else not helping patients.

It's hard when you go in and something has been off for a few months but it's hard to describe it. She listened to me and kept working with me to figure out what the issue might be. There are two things that could be causing my issue so she made a plan with a two week check back to see if plan A is helping. If that doesn't work we will try plan B. It feels wonderful to be heard and taken care of even though this is an odd issue. I could live with the issue but I want to get back to feeling normal and she's going to make sure that happens. That's a truly caring provider.

I have a hard time trusting the health industry after COVID. They went along with the lies that the COVID shots were good for us and would fix all the problems. Most health providers went as far as firing their own staff for not getting the COVID shots then later complained of being short staffed. It was a hard decision for me not partake in the nonsense at first. But I still believe that I made the right decision!

I was told that my health insurance may or may not cover the annual exam. This was at check in. This is no way to treat anyone. I was upset by that statement. What are you trying to achieve? Actually, why am I bothering to speak.
