Our appointment was listed on MyChart to arrive at 8:30 but was in your system for 10:00. We had to wait a long time because of this system error. The provider was great, but the system for scheduling was not.

Megan was wonderful. She addressed all of our concerns and was very thorough.

This was our first online visit and will be our last. I will not chose this option for further appointments. I was told to thoroughly explain my daughter's symptoms yet the questionnaire for her appointment only allowed 255 characters. This didn't allow for even a brief history of her symptoms and what we have tried. The physician's response conflicted with past medical guidance we were given from the same department and there was no way to gain further information or to ask questions from the appointment. Yet, we will get billed when we were left with more questions, no way to ask these questions (without another payment or appointment) and the doctor was not even able to fully review the medical information due to the constraints of the online system which weren't clearly identified to the patient beforehand.

The provider was great and very personable.

The clinic had to cancel our original appointment as our provider couldn't make it into clinic. All digital appointment surveys/questionaires had been previously filled out. It was a bit frustrating to have to refill out parts of those questionnaires when our new appointment was only two days later.

She was caring, knowledgeable, and handled our unique situation very tenderly.

Megan Harwell is our absolute favorite. She was so great with my son and answered all of my questions!

Our provider is amazing. She took the time to explain every detail to my daughter on her options for care and there was no rush feeling to our appointment. I really appreciate her time and expertise.

Megan Harwell is great! She truly takes the time to listen to concerns and ask the right questions to better understand the issues at hand. She asked more than once if there was anything else she could do for us during the visit.

Megan is a wonderful clinician and we trust her with our children's care. Megan listened and appeared to genuinely care. She explained things well and ensured we didn't have any questions before leaving. Most importantly she made the children the focus of their appointments and spoke directly to them as patients.
