The referral process with the VA is a little wonky, which is why I was not able to get in quicker to have my knee evaluated. Definitely not the provider, Matt's problem. He and the staff were great and very professional.

Very good experience. Matt Wilson was calm, friendly, and informative. I appreciated him very much. He listened well and was honest with his feedback. I appreciate that I got x-rays after requesting them at the visit, because we found that my surgical metal had "snapped", which gave us a very important update to the status of my upcoming surgery.

I'm a veteran so I go through community care. Once Gundersen LaCrosse got the order from the VA my appointment was scheduled super fast. It was the delay on the VA's part not Gundersens.
