The my Chart app is inconsistent with check-in. It will let you advance check in. Then not allow you to mark you arrival, require you to go to the desk, then the desk will say, "I don't know why everything for check-in is fine."

Dr. Thompson answered all of the questions I had for him and seemed very easy to talk to.

Online check in for Winona to work would be nice. And if you're 2-3 minutes late for your appointment check in shouldn't be counted as a "no show". Find it odd Winona check in and other departments have different rules and regulations they go by than the La Crosse and Onalaska locations.

Dr. Thompson and his staff treated me well and he listened to my concerns and addressed them. He takes all the time you need.
