Finally found a doctor who listens. Trust him completely.

My provider is very overbooked. I needed another appointment in three months, it had to be five months out instead. I worry about what will happen if I need something.

Dr Thompson is a great Dr. He listened to me and got all my appointments scheduled. Was a great experience.

I received a letter telling me about lab work that was requested, but I had to go to MyChart to find out what was required and the availability of the lab. MyChart told me a blood test was required, but said to follow up with the provider for information regarding fasting details. So in essence, it wasn't available to me ahead of time. All of those details should have been on that letter.

I had no problem with him. I would really like to stay with him as a doctor for me.

Check in desk is set up very strange. Long line to check in. Not very efficient.

Dr. Thompson spent time with us. He listened to my husband's concerns. He was very easy to talk to and we really, really liked him. So very helpful, very giving us information. So we love him. We're glad that we got to have him as our primary doctor for my husband. So thank you very much.

The my Chart app is inconsistent with check-in. It will let you advance check in. Then not allow you to mark you arrival, require you to go to the desk, then the desk will say, "I don't know why everything for check-in is fine."

This was my first appointment with Dr. Thompson. I am very happy to have him as my primary care doctor going forward.
