Always treated well by everyone. Matt is an excellent caregiver and he is very thorough and caring.

NP Matthew was spent plenty of time with me and made a plan that we both agreed in. I was very pleased with the care I got at the Alma Clinic. I had scheduled an appointment the night before on line for later in the day but they called me in the morning and said I should be seen sooner and fit me in that morning. Very good care.

It was a good doctor visit.

I would pick Matt over any doctor I've had and I have had very good doctors at the Clinic

I see Mark Wagner for my care and I must say that he is a credit to.the clinic! He is the reason I gave 10's to my evaluations.

Not pleased with response time my appointment was at 310 Mr Wagner finally got around to seeing me at 357 after sitting in exam room for 40 minutes

I know the lab appointment was an hour before the Dr. appointment and it's possibly to give time for the bloodwork to be done before the latter appointment, but that appointment was 40 minutes late. Extended waiting is costly.

Your portal has been changing slowly, which can be befuddling to a creature of habit like me. There has been an increasing amount of clutter, so sometimes it is difficult to find what the provider has written, as it gets lost in the milieu of "standard contract" sorts of language & text boxes. As far as the provider goes, Matt Wagner is top drawer in my book. He is extremely knowledgeable, & in my current situation is able to explain some difficult concepts & test results in a way that makes perfect sense to me. He speaks at my level, doesn't talk down to me or dumb down the information, but puts it in such a way that makes it easy for me to understand. My wife & I are both extremely happy with the job Matt does.

As always, great care from the front desk, nurse evaluation to provider interaction. Matt Wagner is an excellent primary care provider. He listens well, examines thoroughly, is very knowledgeable and wants to make sure we're on the same page with the plan going forward before I leave. A real asset for the clinic!

Matt Wagner is a unique treasure among the human race. Gundersen is lucky to have him. He is, by far, the best primary care practitioner I have ever had. I can't say enough good things about him.

Friendly, courteous and welcoming as always. Everyone's always smiling and appear Happy . I appreciate all that everyone does here .
