Dr. Jergenson was great!

Disappointed I felt provider wasn't prepared didn't know much about my records gave a copy to his staff and he didn't look @ th3m till I mentioned that they had th3m in their possession, I had a specific question and was not satisfied with response

Very nice doctor!

New to this provider. Trust must be built. The staff were very courteous, informative and focused on their work. I did not however feel "unique" or individual as the staff is trained to treat EVERYONE this way, especially in an initial visit where patient information is gathered or confirmed. The delivery of service was OK because it didn't seem overly canned or "checklisty". Staff was focused, but a bit of friendly chit-chat could still happen, without being annoyed or hurrying. I worked 10 years in healthcare including as a patient advocate, so I view things a little differently. I have both higher standards, and the ability to really appreciate in a fuller way when professionals do their jobs well.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Jergenson. He is very kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He's also down to earth and enjoyable to chat with.... Dr. J gets an A plus!

I needed a cardiologist approval to make sure that I can proceed with knee replacement surgery.

The doctor was very thorough and kind.

The time from referral to getting a call for the appointment took too long but once they called- it was a surprise to get in within a week.

I've been using gundersenhealth for years now and I've been very satisfied with the quality and consistency of the services I receive

I was taken to the clinic patient room and waited for 45 minutes for my provider to arrive. I pushed the nurse's button after 45 minutes waiting; the nurse came in about 5 minutes later and told me she would let the provider know that I was waiting; then in another 5 minutes the nurse returned to let me know that my provider was double-booked (on the hospital list and could not see me) She told me that I would have a different provider see me. I asked to wait in the patient waiting area as this was more comfortable then the patient clinic room; about 5 minutes later I was returned back to the patient clinic room and waited another 5 minutes. So, needless to say, I experienced a long waiting time (greater than 1 hour) waiting to be seen. I wonder how long I would have waited if I hadn't pushed the nurse's button. Once the new provider came in, he was very nice, approachable, understandable, and efficient and apologized for the long wait. Once I saw the provider, I was satisfied with my visit.

First time meeting Dr Jergenson at the clinic. He was very knowledgeable about my case, asked thoughtful questions, took his time and never seemed rushed. Every question I asked was answered throughly. I will look forward to our next office visit in 6 to 12 months. He definately is an asset to the cardiology dept.
