Dr. Guzzo was amazing. He was relaxed, asked me questions, listened and explained his thoughts on what he would do to treat my issue. He took his time and made me feel very comfortable and explained in detail his treatment plan.

I specifically stated I wanted a consult with someone experienced in facial plastic surgery/blepharoplasty. He was not confident about the procedure and referred me to an ophthalmic plastic surgeon. Totally wasted my time and the consult fee and 3 hour round trip drive. Maybe it was a scheduling problem but please make sure the surgeons area of expertise is a good fit before scheduling. Very disappointed

Coming in because of cancer is so scary and not knowing anything about reconstructive surgery is terrifying. Dr. Guzzo was very comforting in explaining and helping us make a very scary and important decision.

I didnt really like his tone with my husband. we handed in fmla paperwork because we want to keep our jobs and he got snippy with my husband because he didn't agree with how it was filled out. other wise he seemed to know what he was talking about, and he seems to care.
