It took so long to get an appointment. But found Dr. Gerrelts ? Very attentive and practical ,positive ...I left feeling hopeful . He is sharp and kind . I look forward to his direction and care .

I belive everyone working there, including volunteers, enjoy ? what they work care of the patients and families. ?????

Dr. Gerrelts gave excellent explanations, and a thorough discussion of the current situation, possibility of recurrence, and a plan to minimize recurrence.

The Dr 's assistant was so kind and is truly a caring person with a perfect personality.

Dr. Gerrelts did not listen to me nor was willing to hear me and my experience out. I felt that he did not see me as an individual. He only cared about "what the studies say". He kept insisting I do things that I tried telling him cannot do. His social skills were also lacking.

Lower your costs. It's the only issue. No matter how nice people are you cost too much

Unfortunately the doctor wore a face mask and it was difficult to understand him at times. However, I felt he was a caring, concerned and competent provider.
