A shocking experience, EMG test; first and hopefully my last. Await the results and what the future of this may bring. Dr. G was pleasant with a calm reassuring bedside manner. Not knowing any of the other EMG docs; he was good. The best? Do recommend him for this. The changing inflatable bed/couch was a big distraction!

All went well and I am hopeful that this can reduce/ eliminate my headaches

MyChart is not easy to use and can be frustrating.

Offers ability to check in, takes you through process then tells you to proceed to the check in desk. What is the point of checking in on line, if you have to check in again in person.

Dr. Gerrelts is very professional and easy to talk with plus he is caring and efficient.

I have been trying to see someone in your department for well over a year. Had a very difficult time to get an appointment to get in. I absolutely loved the doctor. I got to see he treated me with respect. Acted like I wasn't crazy and look forward to my next appointment thank you.

When scheduling a follow up visit, could you somehow automatically let the schedulers know to schedule the same provider that I have been seeing for future visits.

Love mychart but not fond of video visits but pleased with option to choose.

Difficult time getting appointment scheduled for proper location at first. So treatment later than I would have liked. But a good experience with Dr and nurse, eventually.

The EMG is not a fun experience, but Dr G. made it more than acceptable. He listened; has a good demeanor; explained things as the procedure continued and gave me his impression of the test results when completed.

I left feeling deflated. I waited weeks for pain relief and got "No guarantees" it will work. We will see in a couple of weeks. He was efficient, just lacking any personal empathy. It was a busy day, so I understand.

Very good experience. Staff was excellent.

I wanted an MRI to be sure that my previous condition was not recurring. My doctor recommended an injection at this time which he believes will solve my pain issue. If it doesn't work, we will go to the MRI. I think this was a reasonable course of action.

Dr Gerrelts and his team are compassionate, professional and efficient. The care he has provided to me has improved my health and well-being. I am grateful for his expertise.

PERFECT!!

I had a moderately thorough examination, and the provider answered my questions. Since I knew nothing about the procedure, I wish he had offered some background information on health concerns and how this was to help me.

It took so long to get an appointment. But found Dr. Gerrelts ? Very attentive and practical ,positive ...I left feeling hopeful . He is sharp and kind . I look forward to his direction and care .

I belive everyone working there, including volunteers, enjoy ? what they work care of the patients and families. ?????

Dr. Gerrelts gave excellent explanations, and a thorough discussion of the current situation, possibility of recurrence, and a plan to minimize recurrence.

The Dr 's assistant was so kind and is truly a caring person with a perfect personality.

Dr. Gerrelts did not listen to me nor was willing to hear me and my experience out. I felt that he did not see me as an individual. He only cared about "what the studies say". He kept insisting I do things that I tried telling him cannot do. His social skills were also lacking.

Lower your costs. It's the only issue. No matter how nice people are you cost too much

My injections in my back has taken away pain in my right leg. Very happy with results.

Unfortunately the doctor wore a face mask and it was difficult to understand him at times. However, I felt he was a caring, concerned and competent provider.

Provider is very knowledgeable and thorough. Great people skills.
