There were two things that didn't make me happy. Number one, she carried a beeper. When the beeper went off, she cut off the appointment and had to leave right away. Number two, I asked a question and she looked at the paperwork and she said, I don't know how to explain this so you will understand. I kind of thought that was insulting.

Dr. Abidi did so well at explaining things. I appreciated all she did for me.

She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to but I wish I could see her more often instead of nurse practitioner.

I had already checked in and then they have to ask me the questions again something about you have to do the morning of in order for them to be accurate enough

I saw Dr. Abidi and was very pleased with my appointment. She was very professional, kind and thorough along with having a great sense of humor, and I felt reassured in our movements forward as to what the plan will be next for my healthcare. I knew right away that she was someone I can trust.

All is good! I did need to cancel an appointment a week ago and could not figure out how to do that on my chart. So, I ended up calling Family Practice to cancel the appointment.

Would like to have all my appointments in Tomah.

Dr Abidi and her entire staff so so kind and caring and made me feel totally at ease. Dr Abidi listened to all of my questions and made a plan of action based on my concerns and also clearly explained the next steps going forward. I feel so lucky to get to work with the doctor and her assistants!

Everything with the appt went pretty well. The only thing I did not appreciate was the length of time it took after my appt time that I had to wait to see the Dr. After I was taken back to the exam room, I waited at least 20 minutes if not longer before the Dr came in. I understand appts before mine may run longer, though an update on how long it was taking and when I may expect to be seen would have been appreciated. Thank you

This was my first visit with this doctor and it was amazing!!! The last cardiologist I saw was not a good experience..she didn't like questions and I couldn't understand her! I was sooo impressed when she told me she had reviewed my chart prior to seeing me!!! She is a keeper!!

Took too long to get an appointment

I was really impressed with Dr Abidi. She listens to everything you have to say, & explains everything in a way I can easily understand. Isn't in a hurry to leave. And makes sure you have no further questions.

my chart was near useless...I finally met an actual doctor and she was excellent...it took 18 months to get this meeting...I was due to schedule next meeting in 6 months, but so far unable to do so
