Dr. Belanger is incredible. She has gotten me through all kinds of things through the last several years and I would recommend her to anyone. However, this test online, your information is way too long and you called me at dinner time.

She explained everything to me, so left no unanswered questions.

She's been a pretty good doctor to me, except for they tell me I can't drive, that pisses me off. So it don't matter which doctor it is, I'm not happy with that part. They said my brain has been squoosh, but I don't feel like I'm that bad off. So make my life hell trying to find somebody to take me town or whatever. Because it's a last minute job and so we'll catch you later. Goodbye.

MyChart needs better way of listing for patients when they need their bloodwork done. It's hard for me to track if a doctor says "get it done every three months". My memory challenges make it hard. Why not simply have a specific place on MyChart where it's easy to refer to it to see time to have bloodwork and dates.

She is the best doctor ever. She really took the time to listen to my stressful situation and gave me some wonderful insight and suggestions. She spent way more time then she planned but I truly appreciated the extra time she gave me knowing the patient after me was going to be late. Please give her a special reward for this

Dr was very versed on my concerns through my nurse call and labs.. Was able to cover and set up appointments for follow up. Scheduler was excellent in setting multiple appointments. Very positive experience.

MyChart has gotten more challenging recently. I had to ask my doctor where to fine Preventative Care. I never use the "I'm here" feature because I have so much trouble getting on your Wifi and if I do get on, it is very slow. I can walk up to the desk and do all the check in much faster.

The person taking me back to the exam room didn't say his name and didn't talk while taking me to the room. I found that very unusual.

So very grateful for this doctor's care for me!

I did not expect the time it would take to do all the work of trying to figure out what health issue I have or had had and request removal of ones no longer viable before I could check in. Not being familiar with the medical names, I checked for information only to find either no information or several options of which I had no clue which was mine. It would be helpful to put common names or definitions with the item or be sure all had some explanation with it.

Dr. Belanger is a wonderful physician with a lot of compassion and I had an excellent visit and got the care that I needed. Thank you again so much.

I get so many texts and emails about my appointments. Some say check in by putting in a number. I finally tried it and it didn't work. I had to go up to the desk and check in. Not sure if I did something wrong. I probably don't need so many reminders about appointments but maybe others do. It gets a bit overwhelming. I hope my feedback helps. Thanks.

I absolutely adore Dr. Belanger!!! She is so thorough, thoughtful, well read and kind. She listens intently to anything I want to discuss and NEVER makes me feel like what I am telling or asking of her is off limits. She is NEVER dismissive of any symptom and immediately researches to find a solution or reason. She is the absolute BEST!!!!

I felt that Dr. Belanger treated me as a person, not as just another patient in her busy day. I feel that she listens to my questions, and takes as long as needed to make sure I understand the answers.
