EVERYTHING WAS MORE THAN SATISFACTORY, AS IT ALWAYS IS!

Dr. Belanger was very professional in her explanation of my current situation. I truly believe she cares about my health concerns.

Just great

She's great at listening. Very real.

This provider has such a full load it's hard to get on her schedule unless someone cancels. I've had to see other providers in the same department and twice I was not happy as they obviously had not even taken time or did not have time to review my history. Much prefer my own provider since she knows my history.

Dr Belanger is awesome.

It was great. Got things and my concerns all taken care of.

I totally trust Dr. B with my care. Thanks.!

At an annual exam last year, an underlying medical condition was discovered. Over the next year, that issue was thoroughly explored, assessed, and addressed by other teams of physicians, physician assistants, and nurses in the Gundersen (Emplify) system and has now been resolved after a successful surgery. I'm so happy with the whole experience, and it shows how well your system works with primary care physicians and annual wellness exams and the close collaboration with specialists, when needed, all within the same system. I feel fortunate to have you right here in La Crosse!

The check out took a while because they help with scheduling additional appointments.

check in: None of the PSS staff greeted me, all 3 looked downward (looked away). No greeting or welcome from any of them. They all act like "don't walk to my station, walk to the other PSS." Terrible way of feeling a complete non welcome by the very people that should be greeting patients in a friendly manner. F- grade check out: PSS stated out loud like they were irritated, "well you have a lot that I have to do." They encouraged me to just call at a later time for my future appointments. Not impressed, very poor training.

From what I felt what I am going through, Dr. Belanger was very informative with all the things I could be going through in the future. The Doctor thanked me for coming in and not waiting with my own findings.

Dr. Belanger is the very best! I feel fortunate to have had her as my doctor for many years.

Dr. Belanger is incredible. She has gotten me through all kinds of things through the last several years and I would recommend her to anyone. However, this test online, your information is way too long and you called me at dinner time.

She explained everything to me, so left no unanswered questions.

I was seen on time. My provider was friendly and wasn't rushed.

Find that my Doc Crissler Belanger is aware of my updated info, has read the file before seeing me. Continues to be a calming & informative influence as I struggle with my arthritis

Dr. Belanger is very thorough and listens to my concerns. She answers all my questions and provides me with good information. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor.

She's been a pretty good doctor to me, except for they tell me I can't drive, that pisses me off. So it don't matter which doctor it is, I'm not happy with that part. They said my brain has been squoosh, but I don't feel like I'm that bad off. So make my life hell trying to find somebody to take me town or whatever. Because it's a last minute job and so we'll catch you later. Goodbye.

Always pleased with my appts with De. Belanger. She is always kind, courteous and caring. She explains things very well and we discuss my options. She makes me feel very comfortable while we chat. She let's me know what I am doing well and what I might need to work on. Would definitely recommend her and Gundersen to others. Thx.

MyChart needs better way of listing for patients when they need their bloodwork done. It's hard for me to track if a doctor says "get it done every three months". My memory challenges make it hard. Why not simply have a specific place on MyChart where it's easy to refer to it to see time to have bloodwork and dates.

She is the best doctor ever. She really took the time to listen to my stressful situation and gave me some wonderful insight and suggestions. She spent way more time then she planned but I truly appreciated the extra time she gave me knowing the patient after me was going to be late. Please give her a special reward for this

Dr Mary Crissler Belanger is an excellent physician. She is knowledgeable and communicates very well. You can tell that she cares.

I feel so fortunate to have the care I do at Gundersen. Dr. Belanger is my primary and I can't say enough amazing qualities about her. She listens, she handles all my health concerns, and guides me in the direction for the best quality life I can have.

I had the usual excellent service from Gundersen staff and facilities. Dr. Belanger has become, over the years, a major source of wisdom and comfort that I rely upon not only to stay healthy but, most of all, to be calm and sensible. A gifted physician and a great lady.

Dr was very versed on my concerns through my nurse call and labs.. Was able to cover and set up appointments for follow up. Scheduler was excellent in setting multiple appointments. Very positive experience.

Dr. Bellanger is caring, kind, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Bellanger is a fantastic provider, and I feel incredibly fortunate each time I see her at Emplify Health.

Since spring or summer, I have had difficulty w/Mychart both access & finding reports on it. Only complaint is Mychart

MyChart has gotten more challenging recently. I had to ask my doctor where to fine Preventative Care. I never use the "I'm here" feature because I have so much trouble getting on your Wifi and if I do get on, it is very slow. I can walk up to the desk and do all the check in much faster.

The person taking me back to the exam room didn't say his name and didn't talk while taking me to the room. I found that very unusual.
