I am nervous about seeing new doctors and she made me relax and I felt I could ask her anything! Would definitely see her again!!!! She was awesome!

I was disappointed I was unable to be seen by my primary care physician. I understand the scheduling difficulties but it didn't make sense to me that Emplify wanted me to check in with my PCP but "set me up" with someone else. I did like and trust the Doctor I was referred to but it seemed to defeat the purpose.

Not happy with MyChart experience. Letter was on front page requesting that I schedule mammo and when I went back to recheck phone numbers to call for the appointment the letter was unretrievable and had disappeared. Office appointment was great.

I always like my visits with Dr. Bassing. She is very knowledgeable, very helpful. I just don't want to ever lose her. Thank you.

My appointment with Dr. Mary Bassing,MD and her assistant was outstandingly and amazingly wonderful! Our discussions, and the exams, were totally covering every subject of need. The young gentleman who logged me in was extremely kind and effective!

Must say that this visit was the best one I ever had, felt safe, heard, and went home with answers, the Onalaska clinic could use some lessons in this department.

When I send a message to my doctor I expect that the doctor is given that message. When I get a response from my message it should be from the doctor I sent it to. Not giving my message to the doctor that I trust for my healthcare is unethical, letting anyone else intercept and answer that message is wrong.

My provider Dr Mary Bassing is one of a kind. Her medical and personality can't be matched. She covers ever detail of my health and well-being. Please don't ever let her go. She is the best!!!

Because of construction on the internal medicine floor, there were far fewer chairs and I had to stroll a bit until one became available.

Do not like the updated My Chart. Difficult to access.
