Dr Bassing is one of the best physicians I have ever had. She is so kind, so thoughtful, so thorough. I tell others what a wonderful physician she is. I recommend her to others but I know her practice is very full.

Dr Bassing is always the best, listens to me, responds thoughtfully and I feel very much heard and answered when she sees me. Never had a better doctor.

I have been with my provider for several years. I trust her with my health. I would not change for any reason .

When I send a message to my doctor I expect that the doctor is given that message. When I get a response from my message it should be from the doctor I sent it to. Not giving my message to the doctor that I trust for my healthcare is unethical, letting anyone else intercept and answer that message is wrong.

My provider Dr Mary Bassing is one of a kind. Her medical and personality can't be matched. She covers ever detail of my health and well-being. Please don't ever let her go. She is the best!!!

Because of construction on the internal medicine floor, there were far fewer chairs and I had to stroll a bit until one became available.

Do not like the updated My Chart. Difficult to access.

E check in is getting to be frustrating! You go through so much information just to check in besides the Medicare question having to go through all the meds plus your conditions as well as any trips.
