Dr. Campbell is the absolute best dental provider I have ever had. Her professional expertise, knowledge, kindness & caring to me & those she works with is excellent. The entire staff from the minute you register at the front desk until you leave are so friendly & helpful. Everyone there does their job well!

Dr Campbell was just the nicest, down to earth dentist I've ever had. She treated me so well taking the time to show me the pictures, explain things very well and even gave me her card with her phone number on it. I can't say enough good about her demeanor and character.

The provider was excellent. Skilled, thorough, explained things well, empathetic, reassuring - I couldn't ask for anyone better. Staff in the department friendly and helpful. Department is clean and convenient to get to and park. The only person who was not friendly was the scheduler. I was concerned about whether this tooth would be more painful than I could tolerate before the first available appointment and what I should do if that was the case (I was calling after a sleepless night and a visit to my regular DDS due to the painful tooth). Her sarcastic response was "All of our patients have pain!" As a retired health care provider, I realize a provider can only see so many patients and needs a certain amount of time. But schedulers need to understand the "picture" and attitude they are presenting to the patient population and learn better ways to communicate as well as how to not blame it on the patient when the patient is concerned about appointments not available in a timely fashion. Just a simple apology that she is unable to to provide any sooner appointment and wished she could would go a long ways. That interaction made me question whether I should see this provider as I had a vision of someone not very friendly. The provider turned out to be completely the opposite - so very caring. Everyone needs to know how to build bridges.

Dr Campbell had me waiting 40 minutes for her in the dental chair. NOT happy at all about the wait. Appt at 1300, not seen by the Doctor until 1340

I didn't know where dental services was located so ended up at the main GL building that's partially my own fault for not checking ahead but it'd be nice if the location of the provider were included with the info concerning appointment time Again, partially my own fault ? Dr Campbell and her whole team are incredibly kind, caring and THE BEST EVER THANK YOU!!!

This was my first time at the Gundersen Dental Specialties location. I was 100% impressed with the facilities, the staff, the technology and my total experience. Dr. Campbell was outstanding both in her knowledge of complex dental issues as well as in her professional and personal demeanor. She put me at ease immediately and made me feel like she really cared. I am so happy I was referred to her for my more complex dental issues!

Dr. Campbell is the BEST!!! She is competent, diligent, patient, determined, compassionate, personable, thoughtful, intelligent. I love, love, love her. I actually looked forward to these appointments which I never would have thought possible. Not only am I forever grateful to have her as my doctor but I would choose to have her as my friend as well. And by the way, she gives the best shots. I have zero suggestions for her improvement.

Dr. Campbell is very caring and knowledgeable and answered all my questions about their x-ray of my tooth needing a root canal and she gave me a brochure explaining the procedure she would do. Outstanding experience!
