I really appreciate the caring and helpful approach by Dr Zaky and staff during my yearly physical. All my concerns were addressed snd I feel my health care in in good hands...

Dr. Zaky was very accommodating to fit me into a tight schedule when my internist was not available. She picked up a very difficult case while working with a medical student. She's helped us set up needed home care and other support bases. We can't thank her for her caring, kindness, and skill enough.

visit was on time and all questions were answered.

Good medical assistant and nursing staff. Dr. Zaky does a great job.

the on line check in process is confusing at best. some situational awareness like. you have multiple ways to check in and you must do one when you arrive in the department. txt or email (which require you to know your passwords) or walk up to the desk and be welcomed by a friendly human eager and skilled to help.

I felt cared for.

I felt my appointment was very disjointed because my provider could not get accesss to the computer in my exam room. I definitely do not blame Dr.Zaky , as she was very apologetic and had to leave many times to check her computer for information.

I have always had good experiences and have total confidence in the professionals who help me. I am very fortunate to deal with such great people!

Our family loves and trusts Dr. Mary Zaky. She is the best!

Mary Zaky is a terrific provider. I always feel like my questions and concerns are addressed and if I have any questions Dr. Zaky can't answer on the spot, I know she will look into it and get back to me. She is thorough and always puts me at ease. 10 out of 10!

Experience was fine. I just wish doctors were not forced to push drugs. This is why there is such a problem in this community. My body cannot handle drugs. I need a more natural approach and wish Gundersen was more in tune with this. Doctors are forced to push medications that do not resolve the issue, but is only a bandaid to the issue. Natural is better and many patients are seeking other alternatives since medications are so toxic and do not get to the root of the problem. Many cause cancer and/or alzheimers. We need medications that work, not toxic and cause these issues. Please wake up to this and start providing health care and NOT money care. Afterall, this is about our HEALTH?! Sorry, but this is the truth and many are realizing this!
