Dr. Zaky is so friendly and makes me so relaxed with my appointment with her.

I love Gundersen, but having major issues with your billing department and lack of them returning my calls ???

Dr. Zaky always sees or answers my texts if I have a problem. She is a great listener. I am happy she is my doctor.

My appointment was scheduled for wellness last year. When other problems arise, I couldn't see her for months. I had to see physician assistants unfamiliar with me this year until my wellness. DR. Zaky is my primary. Please open her schedule to make her more available.

I had previously contacted my regular internal medicine doctor regarding an uncomfortable UTI and received no response from her or the nurse. ?? What the hitch was, I am not sure, I called internal medicine and Mary Zaky had a cancellation and I was able to get in.

I was able to be seen quickly because of a cancelation. Dr. Zaky is a great doctor and I trust her with my care. She doesnt rush me and always answers my questions. Im fortunate to be her patient.

Dr Zaky is great. Staff great. Online hard to Navigate. Why can't to message Both my oncologist and internal medicine doctors at same time? My personal set ups of how to contact me.I fixed last month at the oncologist , and they weren't in there for internal medicine why?

I really appreciate the caring and helpful approach by Dr Zaky and staff during my yearly physical. All my concerns were addressed snd I feel my health care in in good hands...

Dr. Zaky was very accommodating to fit me into a tight schedule when my internist was not available. She picked up a very difficult case while working with a medical student. She's helped us set up needed home care and other support bases. We can't thank her for her caring, kindness, and skill enough.

the on line check in process is confusing at best. some situational awareness like. you have multiple ways to check in and you must do one when you arrive in the department. txt or email (which require you to know your passwords) or walk up to the desk and be welcomed by a friendly human eager and skilled to help.

I felt cared for.

I felt my appointment was very disjointed because my provider could not get accesss to the computer in my exam room. I definitely do not blame Dr.Zaky , as she was very apologetic and had to leave many times to check her computer for information.

I have always had good experiences and have total confidence in the professionals who help me. I am very fortunate to deal with such great people!
