The wait to see Dr Williamson in the room was too long, about 45 minutes. We talked to staff about the delay. He apologized for the wait.

Dr. Williamson did an excellent job reviewing all my old data and comparing that with the new information. He changed my treatment plan after a careful and easy to understand explanation. I left with a more complete knowledge of my vision problem and the long term management plan.

Appointments are getting harder to get, with a longer wait time and then when you get to your appointment, the wait time to see the doctor takes longer and longer

When I left there, I felt really good. He is a really good eye doctor. He's going to be just like his dad. We talked about a lot of things about my care, about my eyes, and also about Christmas and his new baby. And the other lady was a good nurse, too. She, I didn't have to have my eyes dilated, which was good because I needed to go somewhere to a meeting and I couldn't have my eyes dilated. So I appreciated that. And everything went real well, and he's going to be a good doctor there. And Merry Christmas. Thank you.

I was very pleased with my appointment and all of the people that I was introduced to. I had never been to that eye clinic and everything went exceptionally well. It really was a nice experience. And the best of all is it just happened on the day I called, they had had a cancellation. So someone's unfortunate business was my good fortune. I got to be in on the very day I called. Marty was very professional and honest as to what he recommended for me. Went to his dad forever but will have to say I really liked Marty better. He explained things better. My partner went to Mayo and wasn't happy there. Sent him to Marty and he was the first one who didn't sell him a pair of expensive glasses. Very honest and helpful.

I have been seeing Dr. Williamson for about eight years now. He's the very best. He was so good with my husband who had Alzheimer's. And I love the care he gives me. He listens, he's open to ideas, he's kind, and I fully trust him. I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Williamson.

Dr. Williamson gives excellent care. He is very personable. He explains what he's doing and answers my questions in terms I can understand. He takes his time.

Digital health was clear and concise only challenge is that the providers move around and it makes it difficult to have continuity of care. Nothing can be done about that but in the future AI will allow for technology that can test vision over the phone. Sadly in the future medicine won't be practiced the same and a provider won't either (?). Thanks!

The staff was wonderful!

I don't want to do an audio recording, but both times it wasn't there. The eye doctor, the same doc, he did a good job. That's all I got to say.

I sincerely appreciated that Dr. Williamson recognized that the surgery on my eyes did not achieve the expected outcome. He immediately addressed my concerns and set things in motion to correct the problems. I am looking forward to improved results in the coming weeks.

My Chart in the past was very easy to use. The new system is pain because of getting security code after each response. Also getting error code when you log in. Great DR and staff. Why not have a password to log in.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Doctor was very friendly and professional.? He listen d to my Issues with recent MS diagnosis and helped me understand how that could be related to eyesight. Overall, I was comfortable with him and his explanations for eyesight conditions.
