Not a fan of for-profit healthcare the VA has me spoiled

I have never been to a DR who made me feel as heard as Dr. Erlandson did. I felt better knowing we may not have an answer, but hes willing to do what it takes to help.

Dr.Martin is a very caring and compassionate doctor.

Provider is great. Portal is great, but too many email's reminding about appointments. You start Days ahead and by the third email, I'm not paying attention any more!

Dr. Erlandson always takes time to explain things in a very clear manner. I appreciate how he doesn't seem rushed and takes time to explain complex medical issues in a way I can understand.

Staff were wonderful . nurses are nice and helpful and Doctor is smart, good listener and very very helpful , honestly couldn't ask for anything more 10 out of 10 <3

I am grateful for the excellent care from Dr Erlandson and staff. My concern is when I checked in I was told my insurance might be out of network. That's a huge concern as she told me I might be responsible for the out of pocket cost. What is a person suppose to do at this point. Keep the appointment and hope for the best??

Check out was difficult. The woman was confused, and frustrated.

Those pre-visit questionaires seem redundant. I answer the same questions for every appointment from a simple lab blood draw to my primary care visit. I've had several appointments recently, primarily due to my upcoming knee surgery, but it's all Gundersen....can't the information be shared across multiple appointments?

people were great...... I have had some problems with the changed myChart system.....both getting in and using my password...... I finally got it to work. Hope it lasts

We continue to pay our co-pay at check-in then get a bill the next day for the co-pay. Question for you: When would you like us to pay the co-pay? Current system is confusing.

My experience at the clinic was great...staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. There was too much digital interaction before the appointment though, and sometimes mychart is hard to use or confusing.

Everything fine. No complaints. Suggestions on maintaining my health will be useful, and problems were addressed in a timely manner. Shows concern for your health problems.

The extensive time at check-in with your new system could be streamlined. Put all of those forms online and allow us to complete them in advance. Please retrain your check-in receptionists on what to do when the appointment is as a result of a work related or accident related event. They did not know what forms to use and seemed frustrated by the whole thing. They tried hard and were nice about everything; But maybe you can add a page on their computers for what forms are needed when these situations come up. All staff were kind and caring. And, you need to make the system work with them instead of the other way around.

As ALWAYS, Dr Erlandson was genuinely concerned for me, was very knowledgeable & listened. He's THE BEST

With the new update it takes longer to check-in in MyChart. You've made a user friendly app to an non friendly app.
