Dr. Eckstein is one of the best doctors I've ever had.

I had a few follow up appointments that were needed and Dermatology was booked out until 2028. Audiology and Urology did not answer so the PSS left a message for each department to call me. I did not hear back from them same day.

Dr. Eckstein was very professional and didn't rush the session. Great experience.

Dr. Eckstein is an intelligent and empathetic provider who listens and cares. Treats each patient with respect and provides treatment plan for any issue discussed.

Dr Eckstein is a very caring person who understands when you need to ask questions. You should be glad you have a doctor like him. He makes you feel comfortable and is very understanding. His staff is awesome.

I had to have an appointment with my primary care provider after a hospital stay. But I could not get an appointment with her so had to have an appointment with a doctor I had never been to before. The whole reason for the appointment was to talk to your primary care provider, so I felt it was kind of a worthless visit.

Dr eckstein never wants to help me figure out why I never feel well. He Just pushes me aside. Does not take me seriously and judges me for my past. He has never tried to do any for me that is different. Just a pill for depression that I do not need. I honestly always got the feeling he does not like me and pushes me and my health to the side.

Dr. Eckstein took time to understand my medical history and explain test results to me. He patiently answered questions and made sure I was comfortable before moving on. He is extremely knowledgeable and proficient.

This provider interrupted me as I was explaining my problem. My concern was lack of sleep due to pain at night waking me every two or three hours. I felt like he wasn't to interested in what I was telling him. He also stated that he didn't know me, I then asked if he could consult with my PCP. His response was no I'm busy and have other patients to take care of. The notes he made in MY Chart where not accurate, stating that I had a procedure in February, that appointment was for a consultation not a procedure. It was noted that he told me he couldn't give me refills, he didn't say this and I never inquired about refills of the prescription he provided. The reason I requested this appointment was so I could find some pain relief at night until I have a nerve block in about two weeks. I wanted to end the call because of his comment that he was busy and had other patients. This encounter was 7 minutes long. After we ended the call I reached out to my PCP's nurse and discussed my concerns, she helped answer my questions about the medication he prescribed and use of addition pain relief so I could take this once at night only so I could sleep through the night or at least more than two or three hours. This doctor made me feel disrespected and not heard. This is the first time I have made a virtual appointment which I did out of necessity. I have another virtual appointment with another new provider on Monday and I hope the experience is better.

This virtual visit was a waste of time and money. I could have sent a message or looked on line for the same information. I'll never do it again and I let people know. Nothing he could do because I wasn't there and he couldn't listen to my lungs etc. I see no point in these visits.

This was the second time I had an appointment with Dr. Eckstein. He came into the room asking personal (non-medical) questions like we have been doctor/patient for many years. I respect that he made me feel comfortable and like a person and not just a number and this was more than 'just a wellness' visit! He took his time explaining results and made sure to check a few times if I understood and if I had any further questions. Thank you.

I'll say my experience was significantly better than the last time. Also, the electronic check-in and so forth is very efficient and saves a lot of time.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and professional.

I had to answer many of the same questions multiple times when filling out the e-check in. I had a RN call earlier in the week and then again for my actual appointment.

Dr. Eckstien is a wonderful doctor who takes time to evaluate and discuss any issues or concerns I may have. I am very blessed to have him as my doctor, and Emplify is lucky to have him.

Everything was fine. With all the questions on the online check in, I don't see the need for the nurse visit(use to be a call) .

I understand the "arrival time" and my child's actual appointment time. But the lady that checked me in was rude, pulled down her computer screen, tapped on it like I was an idiot. I did not appreciate her rudeness towards me at all. I also did not like how as I checked out, I was told to come at 3pm while the arrival time is set at 325pm. I have never had any issues coming after my arrival time before.
